Kosta is the founder of

ETLetsTalk.com, the ETLetsTalk Community, "The People's Disclosure Movement”, “The People’s Love Alliance”, and “The Global CE-5 Initiative”.

Kosta is an international networker and creative artist working on behalf of harmonious relations between all lifeforms.

He was born in Ft. Wayne, Indiana in 1953.  In 1977 he earned a B.A. in Computer Science from Indiana University which led to a successful 4-decade software consulting career in the Silicon Valley.

Most importantly he has been a dedicated spiritual activist since his teenage years.

As a young man Kosta became fascinated with the mysteries of the Universe - teaching himself astrology, meditation, astronomy and reading widely on UFOs, comparative religion, science fiction, spirituality, Atlantis, and many other metaphysical topics.

His current passion and mission are ETLetsTalk.com and the ETLetsTalk Community.  Community members learn how to make Human-initiated interactive contact with Star People.

In 2010 Kosta founded and facilitates “The People’s Disclosure Movement” which boasts 1+ million members worldwide.  It is the largest, most widespread movement of its kind.  It bypasses governments and authoritative power structures by empowering everyday people to interact directly with ET Star Beings in order to co-create with them a positive future for Earth.

The People’s Disclosure Movement exceeded a tipping point andachieved a “People’s Disclosure” in 2019 according to Kosta’s Star Friends.  Moving forward from that date no institution of authority can ever again coverup the Star Beings’ presence on or near the Earth.  This People’s Disclosure was a game-changing achievement that exceeded every expectation that the Star Beings had.

Hollis is a clairvoyant and personal coach, who has been helping people create lives they love for over 30 years. To do this, she blends neurolinguistic and hypnotherapy techniques, decision science, clairvoyance, and the common sense learned in over 40 years of business experience.

Hollis is a Master Practitioner of neurolinguistics, a certified hypnotherapist, and has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Princeton and a Harvard MBA. She is also a successful real estate broker and investor, and has owned and run successful businesses, including a restaurant and wholesale bakery, and a wood stove wholesaler.

She teaches classes in intuition development and development of body/mind, heart and soul, and offers oneon-one personal and professional coaching.

Hollis has been communicating with our Star Brothers and Sisters since 2006, both telepathically and physically on some occasions.

Her ongoing telepathic contact with our Star Friends helps guide ETLetsTalk and The People’s Disclosure Movement. 

While deeply immersed in metaphysical inquiry, Josh also developed a strong foundation in technology and systems thinking. He built a long career working with complex digital systems, analytics, and process design—skills that now uniquely inform his approach to spiritual exploration and disclosure-oriented work. Rather than separating the mystical from the practical, Josh integrates structure, logic, and clarity into spaces often dominated by speculation or belief alone.

Josh’s current passion and mission center on fostering meaningful conversation and personal empowerment around contact experiences and consciousness expansion. Through digital media, podcasts, written work, and community-driven platforms, he encourages individuals to trust their own experiences, question inherited narratives, and engage responsibly with the unknown—without surrendering discernment or grounded thinking.

He believes humanity is living through a profound transitional period—one marked by increasing awareness, collapsing paradigms, and a growing openness to realities that challenge long-held assumptions. Josh sees this moment not as something to fear, but as an invitation: to mature as a species, to reclaim personal sovereignty, and to explore our place in a much larger cosmic story with humility, curiosity, and courage.

Marjie is an intuitive channeler, CE-5 practitioner, telepathic contact experiencer, lifelong creative artist, and Editor-in-Chief of Gravitas Publications Inc. 

Marjie first met Kosta Makreas and Hollis Polk in 2017 when she attended one of their weeklong CE-5 retreats in Joshua Tree, California. During this event the participants received training on how to do CE-5s and to help them tap into their intuitive abilities. We had many interesting contact and paranormal experiences, all of which opened minds to new perspectives. Soon after, Marjie began making posts on Facebook  announcing Kosta’s monthly virtual CE-5 events, which continue to spread the knowledge that people joining together and individually can make contact with extraterrestrial beings, our star families.

Through Kosta, Marjie got in touch with an accomplished intuitive in Germany who offered online webinars about how to use telepathic communication to connect to other beings. As a result, Marjie was able to make telepathic contact with four extraterrestrial beings and communicated with them over the course of several months.

For many years Marjie has been channeling philosophical messages from a higher consciousness group that refers to themselves as The Guides. The purpose of their transmitted messages is to help humanity navigate this reality and beyond in peaceful and loving ways.

Marjie was a professional artist for 20 years, specializing in whimsical animal paintings, and is currently creating sculptural objects from recycled materials for her own amusement. Also, Marjie is Editor-in-Chief for Gravitas Publications Inc., a company that creates science curricula for kids.
